The ritual starts outside

Arrive, robe, rinse. Then the heat.

Before the door, a vestibule recessed into the same thermo-treated timber — robe hooks, a slatted floor that drains, and an optional rain shower for the rinse. It's where the sequence lives: rinse, step into 80°C, step back out to cool.

Most outdoor saunas end at the glass. This one is designed for the ten minutes on either side of the heat.

The dossier

Thirty-two pages that answer the next forty questions.

Sent before the first call, not after the contract — so your architect, GM, or procurement team starts the conversation already convinced of the engineering.

  • Full material specification + supplier certificates
  • Electrical, foundation, and structural-load drawings
  • Per-property ROI model (your ADR, occupancy, unit count)
  • Lead-time + install-day sequence, base by base
Questions

The six questions operators ask first

  • Where is the sauna manufactured?

Across three production bases — Barcelona (Spain), Black Forest (Germany), and Sarasota (Florida). Orders route to whichever base minimises freight and lead time to your install address. The specification is identical at all three.

  • Is this Finnish-style?

It is Finnish-style — built to the 2,000-year Finnish bathing tradition that UNESCO recognised as Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity in 2020. It is not manufactured in Finland. The HUUM Drop 6 kW heater is Estonian-engineered by a three-generation stove-making family.

  • What is the lead time?

8–10 weeks from confirmed order, plus 1–2 weeks transit to the install address. Site install completes in under two hours via crane lift onto pre-set helical piles. The full sequence — site survey, build, pile day, delivery, commissioning — typically lands inside ten weeks end to end.

  • What is the warranty?

Three-year structural warranty covering frame, cladding, glazing seals, and the EPDM roof membrane. The EPDM membrane itself carries a separate 50-year manufacturer warranty. HUUM heater warranty terms apply per HUUM's manufacturer policy.

  • Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Active markets are continental Europe, the United Kingdom, and North America. Shipping is quoted per site — the figure depends on origin base, destination port, and last-mile haulage. Walk a property with our team and we will return a fully-loaded number inside one business day.

  • Can I see one before I buy?

When there is a referenced installation within range of you, yes — we coordinate a property walk. Otherwise we ship the operator dossier (drawings, materials, installation case studies, ROI math) so you can review the specification at full depth before any deposit.
