The wellness circuit

The sauna is the anchor. The circuit is the experience.

Heat, cold, rest — one sequence, grown station by station on the same 10 m² NOOK Base.

Three states. One loop.

The circuit is older than any spa brand: heat until the body lets go, cold until it wakes, rest until it asks for the heat again. Operators sell it as a session; guests remember it as the reason they came.

Station 2 · Cold

Cold is built in. Colder is a decision.

Every cabin ships with its recessed outdoor vestibule; the optional rain shower puts the rinse two steps from the sauna door. For most properties that is the circuit, day one.

Operators who want the full contrast ritual add a plunge beside the cabin — we scope the tub, the chiller load, and the walkway as part of the circuit design, sited so the cold-to-heat walk stays under ten barefoot steps.

The platform beneath it

Every station sits on the NOOK Base.

The sauna isn't a one-off — it's one configuration of the 10 m² prefab module NOOK builds across its three bases. The same shell, the same helical piles, the same 8–10 week rhythm, fitted out for the station your circuit is missing. Grow the circuit without a construction site: each module lands craned-in, like the first.
